We made a lot of people a lot of money. However, Karim decided to look at the ‘help’ impact not money after 1 billion USD made, and not enough millions of people helped.
A billion in revenue made to stakeholders is shiny, but not real or fulfilling.
Zenith is deciding to do the opposite of normal.
We made money making people money, and our help and time value consistently increased.

You are trapped, in the hour, if you do great work in less than 60 minutes. You do better and faster, it becomes punishing not rewarding that you did it in less than 60 minutes.
